Amber Job successfully organized a job shadowing visit to our partner SPA centers on the island of Rhodes, bringing together university representatives from Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, and Romania.
During the visit, participants had the opportunity to closely observe the daily operations of SPA departments and gain valuable insights into internship conditions. The program included detailed reviews of therapy rooms, treatment standards, work schedules, and SPA menus.
In addition, meetings with SPA management teams allowed for in-depth discussions about internship opportunities, student responsibilities, and expectations. This exchange ensured a clear understanding of practical training environments and strengthened cooperation between educational institutions and our hospitality partners.
