This season marks a major milestone: Aureja is no longer a trainee—she has stepped into a professional role as a Team Leader!
Aureja’s journey is the ultimate "Success Story." After two successful summers mastering the ropes of hotel animation, she returned to the Lyttos Beach Hotel to lead her own team. This transition from student to professional highlights the real-world upward mobility our programs provide.
Leadership in Action: Managing a team of animators, coordinating daily schedules, and taking responsibility for the overall guest experience.

Creative Kids Club: Implementing a different program every day, from nostalgic games to inventive new crafts, ensuring every child has a unique experience.
Signature Evenings: Hosting high-engagement events like Bingo, Just Dance, and Karaoke nights that bring the entire resort together.
Returning to a familiar environment with new responsibilities allowed Aureja to sharpen her "innovator" mindset, constantly finding ways to improve the guest program.
